Welcome To KoHo Bistro/AZUL, the culmination of Kim & Kevin Hylands vision of a comfortable, friendly, neighborhood bistro and lounge.
After living in the Churchill neighborhood for 3 years, we felt the only thing missing from this wonderful part of town was a gathering place with great food, and excellent wines; a place for friends and families to come together for a relaxed dinner or that special night out.
Kim and Kevin moved to the Eugene area from Cape Cod in 1995, after spending the majority of their lives in New England. Drawing on nearly 20 years experience, Kevin has put together an American bistro menu, using locally grown and organic products whenever possible. The newly opened AZUL Lounge and Wine Bar invites you to a relaxing oasis. Enjoy specialty cocktails, wines by the glass and a fabulous bar menu.
Our experienced and knowledgeable staff will welcome you and provide the high level of customer service you deserve. Directions
Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Eugene, KoHo Bistro is situated across the street from Churchill High School. Heading west on 18th Ave,or 11th Ave, continue to Bailey Hill Road. Turn left on Bailey Hill, and continue to the small shopping center on the left, across from the Churchill High athletic field. KoHo Bistro is in the shopping center!
